None of the other androids show themselves. That doesn't make the waiting any easier. 6 AM can't come soon enough. As soon as the bell rings, Mike is up and out of his seat. He slips on the linoleum, catches himself, and runs for the door. It's the first time he's made it to the end of his shift and not needed someone to shake him from a trance. He'd be happy about that if he wasn't so worked up. It's only hard-earned experience that keeps him from shouting Bonnie's name as he runs down the hall.
